1 · Sourcing & Provenance
Units come only from vetted salvage and dismantler partners with documented donor history. We reject flood, fire and rollback-mileage vehicles outright.
2 · Bench Testing
Engines get compression and leakdown testing on every cylinder. Transmissions are run through all gears under load with fluid and debris analysis.
3 · VIN Verification
A specialist decodes your VIN and matches the stamped engine or transmission tag before dispatch. No close-enough substitutions.
4 · Crating & Freight
Drained, sealed, palletized and delivered in 2–4 business days to shops or residential driveways with lift-gate service.
Warranty details in plain English
- Term. Five years on most gas engines, transmissions and remanufactured units. Three years on diesel and high-performance applications.
- Covered. All internally lubricated components — crankshaft, rods, pistons, bearings, camshafts, valvetrain, oil pump, clutch packs, pumps, valve bodies and gear sets — plus block and case castings.
- Not covered. External accessories carried over from your old unit, damage from overheating, oil starvation, contaminated fluid, or installation that skips a required cooler flush or TCM relearn.
- Claims. Keep your installation invoice and maintenance records. Call your specialist first — we authorize diagnosis before any teardown.
- Transferable. Coverage follows the vehicle, which protects resale value.
